Nine ways to improve sleep quality

Sleep is an activity to restore your physical fitness. So maybe you should improve the quality of sleep is in between activity that is not possible to sleep old.

1. Sleep with the same time regularly. Departure to sleep with the same time, also built with the same time each day.
2. Use the bed only for sleep and make. Avoid the habit reading books in bed, playing games in bed, let alone eating in bed. With so hygiene beds will always be awake.
3. Avoid sleeping during the day. By not sleeping the day, your body will feel tired, so fast asleep improve your night sleep.
4. Exercise before dinner. This can make your body relax. But do not even have to sleep before the sport, because with so your body into shape and may not be headed again.
5. Bathroom warm water 2 hours before sleep. This will help your body metabolism making it easier for you to sleep nights.
6. Do calm activities such as reading books before bed, listening to soft songs.
7. Set the air circulation in the room with the good. The flow of air in the room will help the flow of oxygen supply on a regular basis. With a quality breathe oxygen during you sleep, the quality of your sleep will also increase.
8. Keep the minutes from the location of the bed. So you do not always obsessed time.
9. Avoid drinking too much that you do not often awaken to the toilet and avoid caffeine, alcohol, cigarettes and heavy food two hours before bed. Objects can stimulate the heart and can make you sleep.
