Have children, fat and plump is the desire of each parent. There are still many outstanding members of society whose children are healthy with a marked increase in body weight. Unfortunately, when the increase is too drastic weight loss will cause problems for the child.

Children will feel low in the environment due to continued mocked of friends. Children will be difficult to make physical activity. Children are also sick a few easy disease such as shortness of breath, and others. All this would interfere with the child's performance in school.

Here are some tips to prevent children from being too fat:

1. Give the children examples of how a healthy lifestyle. You will not be able to teach your children healthy habits while living your own life habits random. As parents, you should be able to become a precedent. Some have parents who behave well in front of children, and so that children can know the tricks performed by their parents are.
